- *All interviews will be conducted remotely (online or by phone).
This innovative platform assists companies and accountants in managing their invoices, handling expense reports, and facilitating payments, thereby streamlining financial processes and enhancing operational efficiency.
Your Role: As a Client Support Specialist, you will be the front line of our client's interaction with customers. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Responding promptly and accurately to customer inquiries via email or chat.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues and escalating complex problems to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintaining a consistently positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English, with a minimum C1.
- The ability to quickly understand and articulate complex financial concepts and software functionalities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for thinking on your feet in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in handling customer inquiries through various channels such as chats, emails, and phone calls will be highly regarded.
