RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepares documents related to the conclusion, amendment and termination of employees relations;
- Processes absence documents;
- Checks attendance forms;
- Prepares different types of documents: as required by the Bulgarian Law and upon request from current and former employees;
- Prepares job offers and offers candidates;
- Keeps and updates the personal folders for stores’ staff (in hard copy and in electronic version SIL Program;
- Maintains effective collaboration with area team.
- Assists the Payroll Manager when needed in the preparation of the monthly salaries of store employees;
- Administering staff benefits;
- At least 1 year of experience working on a similar position
- Good knowledge of labor and social security legislation and their application.
- Good written and spoken English;
- Higher education in the field of Human Resources would be an advantage;
- Very good communication and organizational skills with focus on details;
- Shows self-initiative and ability to maintain the confidentiality of information;
- Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously and to meet deadlines;
- Very good team player.
