For our client, who has been recognized by Microsoft as a go-to partner in the Real Estate and Property Investment market, we are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their their team.

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience;
• At least one functional certification;
• PMP certification;
• Worked successfully on minimum of three projects with over EUR 300 000 of services;
• Ability to lead and mentor.

Responsibilities:

• Creating long and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones, and adhering to deadlines;
• Delegating tasks on the project to employees best positioned to complete them;
• Making effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with the project;
• Serving as a point of contact for teams when various units are assigned to the same project to ensure team actions remain in synergy;
• Communicating with executives or the board to keep the project aligned with their goals;
• Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected;
• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed or financing for the project change;
• Management of multiple workstreams or multiple delivery resources;
• Coordinating, scheduling, and facilitating meetings as needed;
• Leading weekly status meetings with stakeholders;
• Providing weekly status report;
• Overseeing personnel/resources budget and schedule on a project;
• Providing timeline tracking visibility throughout the project;
• Budget/Resource Burndown Usage Reporting;
• Project administration;
• Monitor & Control/RAID;
• Create and maintain/update project plans;
• Maintain and Update DevOps.
