The company develops and produces protein bars under the Private Label model, combining pleasure and functionality for an active lifestyle. In connection with the company’s continuous growth, we are looking to expand our Sales team with a motivated and experienced ACCOUNT MANAGER.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and high customer satisfacti
- Understand clients’ business needs and align them with the company’s capabilities, products, and strategic goals;
- Negotiate contract terms and coordinate with internal departments (R&D, Logistics, Quality, Production) for smooth order execution;
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and proactively identify opportunities to expand the client portfolio;
- Lead negotiations and finalize commercial agreements to achieve sales targets;
- Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and propose improvements to commercial strategies;
- Track invoicing and payments, and work with internal CRM and ERP systems;
- Conduct market and competitor analysis, monitor trends, and share insights with the commercial team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales or Key Account Management;
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills;
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships;
- Strong understanding of sales processes, commercial strategy, and data analysis;
- Very good computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems);
- Fluency in English; German is considered an advantage;
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
