KMG International operates over 1000 distribution points in European countries (Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, and Georgia) under the Rompetrol brand.
Rompetrol Bulgaria was established in 2002 and it has a current network of 58 fuel stations across the country and a workforce of over 80 people in the head office and over 440 people in the gas stations that are operated by the dealers. The company, which holds a leading position in Bulgaria in terms of fuel imports, strives for active development in the coming years, including expanding the network and continually improving the service quality.
Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking a Supply & Logistics Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Rompetrol Bulgaria JSC is currently seeking a Supply & Logistics Manager to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria.
Main duties and responsabilities:
- Organize, manage and coordinate the supply and logistics activities for all petroleum products.
- Provide functional leadership and oversight of the Petrol Depot operations through the Depot team, ensuring alignment with business objectives, operational efficiency, safety requirements and regulatory compliance
- Coordinate fuel supplies with suppliers and monitor stock levels in company-owned and third-party petroleum bases.
- Ensure timely fuel deliveries and verify the accuracy of all related documentation.
- Maintain effective relationships and coordinate activities with customs authorities, shipping companies, railway operators, agents and other relevant stakeholders.
- Prepare, review and approve fuel import and supply schedules.
- Ensure safe and compliant operations across all oil terminals and storage facilities in accordance with applicable legislation and company standards.
- Participate in company development initiatives, supplier selection processes and continuous improvement projects within the Supply & Logistics function.
- Monitor and control product quality and quantity across wholesale and retail operations.
- Manage documentation processes and ensure accurate recording of fuel movements within the company's ERP system.
- Plan and supervise departmental investment projects in cooperation with Depot Coordinators and other stakeholders.
- Monitor logistics service providers and ensure compliance with contractual obligations and agreed service quality standards
Job Requirements:
- University degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain, logistics or operations management, preferably within the oil & gas, energy or fuel distribution sector.
- Strong understanding of fuel supply operations, inventory management and logistics processes.
- Experience working with customs procedures, transportation providers and regulatory authorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, priority setting and time management skills;
- Good command of English
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP Ariba, and ZaraEx is an advantage
