For one of our clients – an international company and a leader in employee benefits and employee engagement solutions, we are currently looking for – B2B Tele-Sales Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients;
• Conduct outbound sales calls and present the company’s services;
• Identify new business opportunities and support company growth;
• Manage and update client information in the CRM system;
• Monitor market trends and customer needs;
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in B2B sales or customer communication is an advantage;
• Very good communication and negotiation skills;
• Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines;
• Good organizational and time management skills;
• Experience working with CRM systems is considered a plus;
• English level B1–B2.
