Key Responsibilities:
- You will support initiatives focused on improving, simplifying, and standardizing business processes;
- You will analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, delays, and improvement opportunities;
- You will use data (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar tools) to support analysis and recommendations;
- You will collaborate with stakeholders across teams to understand processes and propose enhancements;
- You will participate in workshops and working sessions to help define and refine solutions;
- You will assist in documenting processes and maintaining clear and standardized procedures (SOPs, process maps);
- You will support the implementation of process improvements and follow up on progress;
- You will help track performance through KPIs and contribute to continuous monitoring of results.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field;
- 2 - 5 years of experience in operations, finance, shared services, or process improvement roles;
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to identify inefficiencies and propose practical, business-oriented solutions;
- Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with different stakeholders;
- Experience working with data (Excel required; Power BI or similar tools are a plus);
- Basic understanding of process improvement concepts (e.g., Lean, Continuous Improvement);
- Familiarity with process documentation or mapping tools (e.g., BPMN) is an advantage;
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop;
Key Soft Skills:
- Solve problems with common sense and initiative;
- Take responsibility and drive improvements;
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently under deadlines.
