The impact you will create:

You are the first point of contact for our customers: You handle their inquiries with empathy and expertise, find efficient solutions, and ensure they always feel well-supported.

You are the bridge between the customer and the product: As a central interface between customers, service providers, and internal teams, you ensure our customers' needs are heard and incorporated into the further development of our products.

You are the voice of our customers: By collecting feedback, analyzing requirements, and contributing suggestions for improvement, you actively help to continuously enhance our products and services and boost customer satisfaction.

You are the knowledge keeper: By maintaining and creating documentation, you ensure that our team is always up-to-date and can provide our customers with the best possible service.

You are the optimizer: In collaboration with the product department, you continuously work on improving the performance and efficiency of our infrastructure to offer our customers an optimal user experience.

You are the rock in the storm: During your on-call duty, you are available to react quickly in the event of problems and ensure system availability for our customers.

In short: You are a true customer champion who uses passion and expertise to ensure our customers are completely satisfied.

Experience and skills you will need:

Solid IT knowledge: You have a completed apprenticeship or a degree in an IT-related field (e.g., (Business) Computer Science), ideally with a focus on cloud computing and infrastructure.

Experience in the cloud environment: You have already gained experience in the support and operation of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Redis, MongoDB) and have had initial contact points with Cloud Foundry. You apply your knowledge effectively to provide our customers with optimal solutions.

Customer-oriented mindset: You work independently, responsibly, and with a solution-oriented approach to handle customer issues quickly and efficiently.

Strong communication skills: You have very good English skills and can communicate complex issues in an understandable and service-oriented manner. Ideally, you speak additional languages to provide optimal support to our international customers.

Team spirit and knowledge sharing: You enjoy sharing your knowledge with colleagues and actively contribute to a positive and solution-oriented work environment.

Passion for innovation: You are enthusiastic about infrastructure systems and technical advancement and actively engage with new technologies.

Process-oriented mindset: You are familiar with ITIL and ITSM processes and apply them in your daily work to ensure high service quality.

Flexibility and commitment: You support your colleagues by participating in on-call duty.
