Incoming Inspection:
Treatment of Non-Conformity from supplier (external and internal):

Incoming Inspection:
- Realize incoming inspections in accordance with applicable procedures and instructions, inspection and internal schedules;
- Realize full or sampling incoming inspections requested by Supplier quality leader (depending on non-conform issue);
- To perform measurements and technical inspection;
- Prioritize the incoming inspections depending of the production need;
- Approve and check FAI parts (First Article Inspection) files done by suppliers on serial production and update FAI status on SAP system;
- Manage necessary inspection tools for incoming activities;
- Keep updated necessary documents, excel sheets or SAP dynamization.
Treatment of Non-Conformity from supplier (external and internal):
- Create Supplier Quality Notification (SQN) or Internal Quality Notification (IQN) in LATECOERE internal system;
- Define when a Non-Conformity on production is connected to supplier and manage the appropriate flow;
- Participate to the answer to Event Notification in case of Non-Conformity found on purchased products;
- Support the Supplier Quality leader in Non-conformity analysis and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Production experience is a must;
- Familiar with quality inspection methods and tools (calipers, micrometers and etc);
- Familiar with methods used to resolve problems and find root causes (8D / QRQC);
- Very good command of English in terms of writing and speaking;
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
- FAI (First Article Inspection) experience considered as an advantage;
- SAP knowledge is a plus;
- Analytical skills;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Self-disciplined and able to carry out detailed work with minimum supervision;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Able to establish relationships based on trust, confidentiality, and integrity;
- Proactive problem solver;
- A dynamic performer;
- Willing to learn;
- Hands-on, diligent and fast and effective troubleshooting.
