We are looking for a data-driven, well-organized, and proactive professional to join our team as a Senior Sourcing Specialist.
Primary accountabilities:
- Supporting global procurement programs.
- Collaborating with other teams to launch and manage RFX processes, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- You will drive supplier negotiations and contracting, ensuring optimal commercial and legal outcomes.
- Utilisation of AI-driven tools to streamline tendering processes, from specification analysis to supplier selection.
- Conducting supplier market research across Europe to identify competitive sourcing options.
- Managing end-to-end tender processes including RFP/RFQ development, bid evaluation, and supplier onboarding.
- Maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure continuity, performance, and innovation.
- You will partner with internal stakeholders to align sourcing strategies with business objectives.
- Reporting on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and savings using savings tools and other dashboards.
- 5+ years preferably in indirect procurement and international environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Knowledge of relevant procurement tools.
- Deep understanding of strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contracting.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
- Fluent in English;
