For one of our clients, a leading company in the innovative energy sector, we seek a CRM/Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolve issues, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.

For one of our clients, a leading company in the innovative energy sector, we seek a CRM/Microsoft Dynamics Support Engineer to provide technical support, resolve issues, and optimize the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd level support for MS Dynamics 365 CRM & Field Service.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and integrations.
- Resolve assigned incidents within SLA, including the support of the Key Users.
- Configure and customize the CRM system.
- Maintain effective communication channels with all involved parties.
- Analysis and correction of software errors, which arise during operation or testing.
- Assist with system upgrades and migrations.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role with comprehensive knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 CRM or MS Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are a plus.
- English fluently spoken and written.
- Experience with: SQL, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Logic App, ServiceBus.
