As a Technical Support Engineer at A1 Bulgaria, you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality of our video services. Join a dynamic team, work with innovative technologies, and enjoy a supportive and fun work environment while contributing to our customers' satisfaction.
Your daily routine would include:
- Maintaining the quality of video services related to IPTV, SatelliteTV, Cable TV, OTT, etc.;
- Planning, creating, and administering all systems related to the company's video services;
- Monitoring, analyzing, and making the necessary changes to improve services if necessary;
- Preventive detection and resolution of problems and quick decision-making to eliminate them;
- Performing analysis and technical adjustments to improve services;
- Mentoring and assisting in guiding junior engineers;
- Proactively participating in internal and external communication;
- Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Higher education – Telecommunications, IT, or other similar specialty;
- 2 years of experience in a network/technical position;
- Fluent English language skills;
- Strong organizational abilities and the knack for setting priorities.;
- A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Experience with telecommunication network technologies;
- Good knowledge related to IPTV, DVB-S, DVB-C, and OTT services;
- Skills in IP, Linux, and scripting;
- Good German language skills.
