For one of our clients - a globally recognized BPO provider delivering scalable customer support and integrated business solutions, leveraging advanced technology, multilingual capabilities, and data-driven process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, we are looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist with Dutch or French or German (Hybrid).

For one of our clients - a globally recognized BPO provider delivering scalable customer support and integrated business solutions, leveraging advanced technology, multilingual capabilities, and data-driven process optimization to enhance operational efficiency and service quality, we are looking for a Tier 1 Support Specialist with Dutch or French or German (Hybrid).
Responsibilities:
- Partner with client IT teams to ensure smooth cloud product implementation;
- Support deployment and configuration of cloud-based solutions;
- Translate business needs into effective technical solutions;
- Lead product demos, technical trainings, and proof-of-concept sessions;
- Deliver responsive Tier 1 support via email, chat, and phone;
- Monitor and report key performance metrics to drive results.
Qualifications:
- C1 fluency in Dutch, French, German, plus strong English;
- Experience in technical support, cloud services, or IT environments;
- Solid understanding of cloud technologies and basic solution design;
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills;
- Confident communicator, comfortable in client-facing situations;
- Organized and performance-driven, with attention to detail.
