About the position:
We are seeking a tech-savvy to join our Marketing team as a Technical Support Specialist with strong organizational and English skills for a software support role. The ideal candidate must possess keen attention to detail, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate excellent typing and computer skills.
The Technical Support Specialist will handle queries, troubleshoot issues, replicate faults, and liaise with support, design, content, and development teams.

- Previous experience in a similar position is a plus;
