What You’ll be Doing: As an Oracle Cloud IAM Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for identity and access management solutions deployed in Oracle Cloud environments. You will ensure that applications running on Kubernetes pods are secure, reliable, and compliant with organizational policies.

On a typical day, you’ll:

• Provide functional and technical support for IAM applications, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of systems running on Kubernetes Statutory financial reporting (IFRS);
• Monitor application performance and stability within Kubernetes environments, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes;
• Work closely with development, security, and operations teams to resolve technical issues and implement IAM best practices across cloud applications;
• Manage incidents related to IAM services, ensuring timely resolution and documentation of issues in accordance with ITIL processes;
• Assist in the administration of user identities, roles, and permissions within Oracle Identity Cloud Service, ensuring compliance with security policies.

Why You? What You Bring:

• Fluency in English;
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in identity and access management or application support roles, particularly within Oracle Cloud environments;
• Experience in Oracle Identity, Cloud Service, IAM concepts and Kubernetes for deploying and managing applications;
• Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g. Python or Bash) for automation tasks;
• Understanding of cloud infrastructure principles and best practices;
• Familiarity with monitoring tools used in Kubernetes environments;
• Knowledge of database management systems (e.g., Oracle DB, PostgreSQL).
