For one of our clients – a global bottling company that produces and distributes a wide range of beverages across numerous countries – we are looking for a Junior Assistant Financial Operations with German to join their team. The role is focused on resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries, while delivering high-quality shared services support and ensuring operational excellence.

For one of our clients – a global bottling company that produces and distributes a wide range of beverages across numerous countries – we are looking for a Junior Assistant Financial Operations with German to join their team. The role is focused on resolving customer and internal stakeholder queries, while delivering high-quality shared services support and ensuring operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer disputes and provide timely solutions;
- Deliver excellent customer support across CTC processes;
- Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders;
- Work with SAP and internal systems to maintain accurate data;
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures;
- Perform back-office support activities.
Qualifications:
- Fluent German and good English skills;
- Previous experience in Shared Services or a multinational environment is a plus;
- Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities;
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
- Well-organized with good time management;
- Positive, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset.
