Top Skills Recruitment is partnering with a stable and well-established international company operating in the healthcare sector. For their Business Hub, we are looking for an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to the Managing Director — a key role and the heart of the office, responsible for smooth daily operations, executive support, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment, including inventory management, office supplies, and coordination of orders and deliveries;
  • Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items;
  • Prepare and manage internal communications such as emails, announcements, and surveys;
  • Act as a central point of communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders;
  • Provide daily executive support to the Managing Director in meetings and work-related activities;
  • Plan and organize all aspects of business travel, including transportation, accommodation, and related arrangements;
  • Identify opportunities to optimize processes and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role;
  • Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and internal company policies.
