Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all office operations and ensure a well-functioning work environment, including inventory management, office supplies, and coordination of orders and deliveries;
- Organize and coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials and follow-up on action items;
- Prepare and manage internal communications such as emails, announcements, and surveys;
- Act as a central point of communication between employees, management, and external stakeholders;
- Provide daily executive support to the Managing Director in meetings and work-related activities;
- Plan and organize all aspects of business travel, including transportation, accommodation, and related arrangements;
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, or a related field;
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar or relevant role;
- Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations and internal company policies.
