As an Executive Assistant you’ll be supporting the CEO and the COO with organization, communication, and day to day responsibilities to keep operations flowing.

What you will do on this role:

  • Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and handling email communication.
  • Preparing business presentations, reports, documentation, and organizing information clearly and professionally.
  • Performing data entry, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day to day operational and administrative tasks.
  • Conducting online research and providing structured summaries for decision making.
  • Assisting with business oriented social media tasks (LinkedIn, company updates) and creating business content.
What skills are needed:
  • Excellent English (written and spoken) with strong professional communication skills.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
  • Strong technical skills: Excel (formulas, data handling), PowerPoint (presentations), document creation, and business content writing.
  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Experience as an Executive Assistant, logistics/transportation background, or familiarity with CRM/workflow tools would be considered as an advantage.
