The Representative is a front end, 24/5 client servicing position responsible for the maintenance and servicing of Institutional and VIP clients. The team directly supports Institutional Sales and liaise between all departments and business functions to expedite client inquires and requests.
Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday. Hybrid: 3 days in-office. Shifts based on weekly rotation: 9am-6pm, 4pm-12am and 12am-8am.

What will you be doing?
- Provide clients with best-in-class, white-glove service on phone and email
- Obtain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to intelligently and efficiently address client inquiries
- Assist in gathering the necessary documentation required for any regulatory/compliance needs and due diligence procedures
- Manage a variety of cases such as trade/pricing issues, bridge integrations, FIX API connection issues with utmost professionalism
- Monitor and create various data sheets for informational and record keeping purposes and present to key stakeholders
- Participate in variety of Marketing, Compliance and/or Informational outreach campaigns through phone or emails
What you need to possess:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Able to cover 3 different shifts - 9am-6pm, 4pm-12am and 12am-8am. And also willing to be flexible to meet market related coverage
- High customer service orientation.
- Natural curiosity and feeling the need of getting to the bottom of an issue and quick to learn
- High energy to be able to deliver on multiple fronts at a time in a very fast moving environment
What is good to possess:
- Basic understanding of the financial markets and being good with numbers
- Sales or Customer Service experience
- Excel knowledge on an intermediate level
