On their behalf, we are looking for Customer Service Representatives with German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Greek, Dutch or English who would be willing to join their team and grow with the company. Responsibilities:

• Respond to client inquiries via various channels, providing information regarding their products and services;
• Maintain good relationships with customers;
• Constantly develop your knowledge of the products and services offered by the company;
• Support the liaising between clients and other departments;
• Work on shifts as well as on weekends and holidays.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of one of the following languages: French/ German/ Italian/ Portuguese/ Greek/ Dutch;
• Very good command of English;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
• Willingness to learn and develop;
• Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills;
• Good attention to details;
• Ability to work in a team;
• A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency.
