Spirit of the Role:
Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Our teams are proficient in either one or more of the following languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Greek, Arab, Turkish, Russian, and many more. We offer multiple opportunities for development, upskilling and re-skilling programs that improve and build up your professional skills. Previous experience in the field is not obligatory – to stay on top, we invest in our people’s training and development.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Supporting Sales teams
- Preparing and deliver digital presentations to client for handoff to close sales cycle
- Participate in coaching and collaborating sessions to foster sales leads, growth, and product knowledge within the sales team
- Generating sales strategies for opportunities
- Creation of content for training purposes
- Support on deals from start to presenting to prospective customers

Basic Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in Customer Support
- Spanish - minimum level C1 required
- Very good level of English
- Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving needs to help clients grow their business on the advertising platform
- Highly motivated with strong attention to detail and follow-through, eager to contribute to a collaborative team environment
- Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
