Customer Services Specialist

We are currently looking to hire a CUSTOMER SERVICES SPECIALIST for our team.

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Customer sale orders portfolio handling;
• Written and verbal communication with customers in Bulgarian and English;
• Follow-up planning and production teams to maintain the safety stock levels of the finish product;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English;
• Experience in working with ERP systems;
• Excellent knowledge in Excel;
• Analytical skills;
• Strong communication and organizing skills;
• Adaptability and ability to work in a team;
• Preferably 2 years of experience in similar position;
