Sales Messaging Expert
The Sales Messaging expert plays a crucial role in enabling agent performance, program success, and client satisfaction on DIS sales campaigns globally.
Accomplished through the alignment of sales strategy with clients and delivery teams, crafting of sales messaging tailored to diverse and dynamic industries, and the unique enablement of DIS sales agents. These activities are proven to grow agent confidence and critical messaging delivery skills like active listening, call control, objection avoidance and effective use of probing and follow-up questions to drive desired client outcomes. The Sales Messaging Expert is also responsible for generating the strategic messaging content used by agents and distributed through innovative and powerful Accenture sales automation tools. These tools serve as the foundation for agent success and have been strategically designed to improve sales effectiveness, automate manual agent activities, connect disparate solutions into a single UI, as well as integrating critical AI functionality.
Work with client stakeholders, marketing & training staff, as well as product managers to identify proper sales messaging strategies for the products or services being sold
Interface with client product, training and marketing teams to ensure proper alignment of DIS messaging with product selling points, desired customer insights and anticipated outcomes
Consult with delivery leadership on product positioning, including 3rd party product ranking, market comparisons, proposed target contact lists, and ease of prospect adoption in market
Use broad sales motion, offering type, and market expertise to gauge program success aptitude, and provide feedback to delivery leadership – pre-launch.
Consolidate client sales materials from multiple sources within approved digital repository
Curate sales and marketing materials into logical groups for easy review and distribution
Evaluate and rank provided client materials across multiple facets, including agent value, market relevance, offers to action on, potential effectiveness with prospects, and content uniqueness
Alignment of messaging strategy with client, sales management, training, quality, and product teams
Alignment of sales messaging guidance with call evaluation and agent scorecards rubrics
Creation of Sales Messaging content and outreach processes per program requirements
Creation of agent sales scripts, messaging guides, value propositions, role plays and talk tracks based on the proposed persona, audience, industry, and market demands
Creation of specific content to be configured in DIS or client provided sales automation solutions
Support the continuous messaging iterations required throughout life of programs and client engagements
HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Minimum 8 years’ experience working in the sales or marketing industries, including Inside, Outside, Digital, B2B or B2C; with experience spanning agent, manager, lead, training, &/or sales coach roles
Minimum 5 years’ Sales Messaging development, optimization, evaluation or delivery coaching
Minimum 3 years’ exposure to core technology and digital concepts like cloud computing, cyber security, digital ad sales, financial tools, ecommerce, collaboration, and communication tools
Minimum 3 years’ experience cross multiple of the following vertical industries: Software & Platform, Cloud, Telecommunications, Digital Advertising, Ecommerce, Financial Services, or Manufacturing
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, such as, but not limited to sales, marketing, business, management, psychology, sociology, political science, &/or communications
C1 level English proficiency
