As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team.
As a Technical Recruiter you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s talent landscape. You will take full ownership of the recruitment process—from defining role requirements to onboarding successful candidates. Your responsibilities will include sourcing, interviewing, and selecting top talent while also proactively headhunting passive candidates. In addition to recruitment duties, you’ll contribute to team initiatives, company events, and well-being programs, fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
What you’ll do:
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers across tech and product teams to define skillsets, qualifications, and expectations for open roles.
- Own the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Create, post, and manage job adverts while screening candidates and conducting interviews (phone, online, and in-person).
- Extend offers to candidates and support their onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.
- Proactively source and headhunt passive candidates, utilizing alternative recruitment channels.
- Collaborate with team members on various company initiatives, including indoor/outdoor events and well-being programs.
- Provide support, advice, and expertise on recruitment-related matters, contributing to overall team success.
- Participate in company events and team-building activities, adding to the company's well-being and happiness programs.
What you bring:
- Previous experience in Technical recruitment (in-house or as part of a recruitment agency) – at least 2 years;
- Good understanding of Development and IT Infrastructure landscape
- Welcoming approach to people and positive attitude combined with strong emotional intelligence;
- Conducting interviews;
- Solid experience in headhunting and in partnerships with HR/Recruitment agencies and Universities would be a plus;
- Proactiveness in terms of candidates sourcing and employer branding initiatives;
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adaptability to dynamic atmosphere;
- Great use of English – both written and spoken;
- Experience in preparing job ads and attractive messages for the desired audience.
- A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
- Fluent in English
