We are looking for: REGIONAL HR SPECIALIST
If you have:
✅ experience in the field of Soft HR; ✅ good knowledge of processes in the retail industry; ✅ excellent time management skills; ✅ an availability for business travels and driving license; ✅ working knowledge of Bulgarian law regulations; ✅ strong English skills - both verbal and written – and a good knowledge of MS Office; ✅ a degree in the field of Human Resources Management or Psychology;

✅ consulting Regional Sales Managers, directors, and brand store teams on issues and cases related to Human Resources; ✅ assisting in the development and review of new and existing policies, procedures, and work instructions in the field of Human Resources for the brand; ✅ clarifying and implementing rules related to Human Resources; ✅ planning, organizing, and managing training processes; ✅ implementing new projects related to personnel from global to local level; ✅ managing the recruitment process for positions within the scope of the position; ✅ monitoring procedures related to working conditions, organization of working hours, leaves, and employee absences in stores and ensuring compliance with regulations according to labor legislation; ✅ supporting the process of onboarding candidates for new positions; ✅ implementing and maintaining processes related to Human Resources according to the established standards of the company and the specific brand; ✅ developing managerial skills for functional and managerial positions through relevant training sessions and consultations; ✅ monitoring key indicators related to Human Resources and advising on potential actions to achieve the set business goals; Are you ready to begin your new adventure?
