We are looking for the right person for the following vacancy:

Human Resources Business Partner - Maternity Cover

Job Description

• Assist and consult managers on HR policies and processes in the organization
• Participate in or lead local, regional and/or global HR projects
• Coordinate processes related to the employee lifecycle and ongoing HR programs
• Develop and support programs and initiatives for employee development
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships and company culture
• Participate and actively contribute to employee engagement programs and activities
• Act as people partner, providing guidance and support to employees on HR related matters

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in HRBP role or similar in a software company
• University degree in Human Resources or other relevant qualification
• Strong people-focus attitude
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Solution-oriented, adaptable, and open-minded
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Understanding of Bulgarian employment law
• Excellent command of spoken and written English
