As we undergo an exciting phase of expansion, we are looking for an energetic, experienced, and strategically-minded HR Manager to take the lead on our HR processes directly from our office. In this role, you will shape our corporate culture and serve as a daily anchor and bridge between business needs and our team.

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Management: Developing and implementing HR strategies and policies aligned with company goals. Talent Management: Coordinating recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for key employees. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, planning, and organizing programs for the professional growth of the team. Performance Review: Managing the annual evaluation process and feedback cycles. Corporate Culture & Engagement: Initiating and organizing teambuilding activities, internal events, and initiatives to enhance the work atmosphere and drive Employer Branding. HR Administration & Compliance: Supervising and coordinating labor relations in strict compliance with Bulgarian labor legislation. Leadership: Leading and mentoring a small HR team (1-2 specialists). Qualifications and Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, HRBP, or HR Manager), preferably within a mid-sized company. Education: University degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. Legal Knowledge: Excellent understanding of Bulgarian labor regulations relevant to the position. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Key Skills: High emotional intelligence, excellent communication and presentation skills, discretion, and proven conflict-resolution abilities. Proactivity: A strong desire to optimize processes and introduce modern HR practices.
