We have an unique opportunity for an experienced Human Resource Manager to join our client's growing team. The successful candidate will work directly with the Operations Director to define and deliver the HR strategy, as well as taking the lead on day-to-day HR operations acting as a trusted partner to the business.

Your new role:

Elaboration and implement of HR practices, procedures, internal rules and company documents Managing and leading the recruitment & employer branding process Participation in solving of any staff problems while working in close co-operation with the management Interpret and advise on employment legislation Control on the process of job descriptions elaboration and organizational structures and changes Preparation of an Induction program and lead the induction trainings Prepare various statistics, KPIs reports and presentations on a regular base and upon request Continuously monitor and review employment law changes to ensure HR policies, procedures and guidelines are updated

What you'll need to succeed:

University degree You have a broad generalist HR tool kit, with excellent employment law knowledge A collaborative style with the ability to influence others into action and to think creatively about solutions Ability to communicate confidently, succinctly and logically both verbal and in writing You're known for your natural ability to quickly establish strong working relationships Solutions driven, have great attention to detail and outstanding interpersonal skills
