Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Representative who consistently goes the extra mile and takes full ownership of their responsibilities. The ideal candidate possesses strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills. The Customer Success Representative (CSR) will be primarily responsible for generating positive reviews on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls daily to engage with customers and gain insights into their experiences.
- Collaborate with the Senior Customer Success Representative to ensure daily targets are met consistently.
- Monitor customer activity related to the service and provide appropriate responses.
- Address complaints with a high level of empathy and understanding.
- Solicit positive reviews for the company across various platforms.
- Monitor platform ratings and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Investigate and address unfavorable reviews by conducting thorough research and proposing viable solutions.
- Collaborate with the Senior Customer Success Representative to ensure daily targets are met consistently.
Key Skills:
- Impeccable customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of best practices in customer service and retention
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Good computer literacy
- Previous working experience in the customer service field is considered a big advantage
