Job Responsibilities:

• Verifies confidential client’s data and documents, including but not only personal identification documents, credit cards, bank statements, strictly following approved procedures;
• Approves or declines acceptance of documents, based on company rules;
• Based on received and processed information takes decisions;
• Verifies ID documents and other documents with low confidentiality level;
• Escalates cases by using personal data processing system;
• Responsible for confidential processing of customers and company information;

Requirements:

• Good writing skills;
• Good level in English language;
• Good computer literacy;
• Ability to work with details;
• Team player;
• Problem solving attitude;
• Willingness to work on shifts, including night shifts;
