According to the latest market shares, “Roshen Bulgaria” Ltd is among the TOP 10 manufacturers in the country, as a natural result of its dynamic expansion into various confectionery categories.
Due to the intensive development of the "ROSHEN" brand and the expansion of the Confectionery Corporation "ROSHEN" activities in the Republic of Bulgaria, we are looking for a Regional/Area Sales Manager.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibility for ensuring continuous dynamic development and growth of the Company business in a specified region. Achieving KPIs, goals, and objectives within the Company's strategy. Strategic and operational planning for regional development. Training and development of employees in ROSHEN’s sales department. Effective interaction, communication, and creating strong partnership relations with local distributors. Conducting effective negotiations with key clients; controlling compliance with agreements with key clients. Direct participation in building and developing the active client network. Organizational structure responsibility, on a local scope. Direct participation in the process of creating and increasing the efficiency of sales staff’s daily routine. Responsibility for improving market presence and BRAND visibility. ROI & PnL accountability. REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:
Experience in the field of trade (distribution) of no less than 2 years. Desire to develop together with the Company. Ambition, dedication, competitive spirit. Managerial and organizational skills (experience in a managerial position of no less than 2 years). Ability to analyze and make quick decisions. Willingness for intensive travel in the region. Good time management skills. Communication and presentation skills. At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in economics. Computer literacy (good knowledge of Office 365 & DWH). Category "B" driver's license, experience of no less than 2 years. Knowledge of the English language is an advantage for the candidate. THE COMPANY OFFERS:
