What We Expect From You:

As a Customer service, you will play a key role in the success of our company by assisting customers with their vehicle rentals, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. You will become an expert on our fleet and additional products, promoting and selling them to our customers. Additionally, you will handle cash and credit card payments on behalf of the company, and assist with the return and turnaround of vehicles when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting and renting vehicles from our fleet.
• Promote and upsell additional products to enhance customer experience.
• Process payments via cash and credit card.
• Assist with the return, turnaround, and preparation of vehicles for the next customer.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude at all times.

Requirements:

• Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Capable of handling stressful or unusual situations while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Outgoing and sales-oriented personality.
• Clean driving license.
• Previous customer-facing experience is a plus.

Salary and benefits:

During the first two months, all new team members will receive gross salary of 2260 BGN that includes guaranteed gross bonus of 515 BGN and food vouchers of 200 BGN value.

After the initial two-month period, employees will become eligible for a performance-based bonus scheme, linked to individual and team sales results and quality of service provided to customers.
