For one of our clients - a top-tier BPO provider offering exceptional customer support and streamlined business services worldwide, we are looking for – Customer Service Representative with Czech or Polish or Hungarian with English (day and later shifts/hybrid).

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat;
• Provide accurate information about products and services;
• Help customers resolve basic issues or complaints;
• Escalate complex cases to senior support teams;
• Follow company guidelines and procedures;
• Keep records of customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Czech or Polish or Hungarian - C1 level;
• English – at least B2 level;
• Good communication and listening skills;
• Basic computer and typing skills;
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset;
• Ability to work across various shifts.
