For more than 20 years the Call Center has been mainly engaged in telemarketing, customer service, online commerce, customer research, service and support via email / chat, BPO / KPO services, tracking and more. For the last 6 years the company has specialized in direct sales by phone as well as in the provision of outsourcing services / BPO-Business Process Outsourcing /, covering various business processes, as well as KRO / Knowledge Process Outsourcing /. Our team consists of young and creative employees who do an excellent job of performing all tasks related to campaigns to introduce new products on the market, sales, subscriptions, reservations, technical support, health insurance and more.

If you:
- Are a positive and communicative person;
- Have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of Macedonian;
- Have а basic level of English;
- Are focused on customer needs;
- Have good computer skills;

What you need to do:
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email;
- Answer questions about reservations, flight schedules and any questions related to customers’ travel;
