For one of our clients – a company dedicated to providing excellent services and striving for customer satisfaction, we are looking friendly, skilled and customer-oriented people for the role of Customer Care Specialist with German and English (Hybrid).
Essential Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email professionally and promptly;
- Providing in-depth information on products and services, emphasizing their unique features
- Understanding customer needs and offering personalized advice to help them select the
- Scheduling appointments and following up with customers to ensure satisfaction;
- Achieving and surpassing customer service and sales goals set by management.
Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken German (C1) and English (B2) is essential;
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is desired;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to persuade and negotiate in a positive, customer-friendly manner;
- Skilled in identifying customer needs and offering tailored product recommendations;
- High level of motivation, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude.
