HEAD OF INSURANCE BUSINESS LINE
Main responsibilities:
▪ Product ownership at local level for insurance products, following group rules and requirements. ▪ Regular monitoring of business results and taking corrective actions when needed. ▪ Training the Customer Service team in insurance products sales and related processes. ▪ Close collaboration with team members to achieve targets and maintain growth. ▪ Communication with local cooperation partners (dealers, insurers, other service providers). ▪ Project management of local insurance-related development projects. ▪ Defining and proposing insurance sales processes (life and non-life). ▪ Proposing and agreeing on collaboration methods with local or global insurance entities. ▪ In cooperation with the Legal Department, ensuring information communicated to customers before signing contracts is clear and compliant with legislation. ▪ In cooperation with the Compliance Department, designing business models and documentation to ensure compliance with current requirements. ▪ Collaborating with other departments to improve processes and coordinate related actions. ▪ In cooperation with the marketing department, creates campaigns and concepts and improve Cash loan product branding and visibility to increase sales results and efficiency. ▪ In cooperation with Group Head of Sales Automation, creates, maintains and updates regular sales automation flows. Taking lead in flow efficiency improvements. ▪ Keeps regular communication with HQ to support and understand business in local level ▪ Conducts field research, meets partners and collects feedback for efficiency improvement and business growth.
Key Requirements:
▪ University degree. ▪ Previous experience and expertise in Insurance (insurance company and/or broker, bank assurance, insure tech etc.). ▪ Detailed knowledge of insurance business (Retail and SME segment, sales, underwriting). ▪ Financial understanding, ability to build business cases. ▪ Experience with international projects (business requirements, change management, product & process development). ▪ Very good command of English (spoken and written) and MS Office.
Personality Traits:
▪ Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills. ▪ Strong organizational skills, problem-solving orientation, and critical thinking. ▪ Independent, responsible, confident, and consistent in executing projects according to agreed plans and targets. ▪ Strong collaboration and fluent communication with local teams and HQ.
