For one of our clients – a leading multinational company in the BPO sector – we are looking for Fully Remote Backoffice Process Specialist with Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian & English.

For one of our clients – a leading multinational company in the BPO sector – we are looking for Fully Remote Backoffice Process Specialist with Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian & English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and/or participate in process design, assist in change management activities;
- Execute changes in partnership with the business;
- Plan meetings, organize and schedule appointments;
- Perform research, evaluation and analysis.
- WORKING FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY;
- Excellent working conditions in a reputable international company;

Professional requirements:
- Fluency in Latvian, Estonian, Lithuanian & English (C1 lvl – professional proficiency);
- Outstanding communication and multitasking skills;
