What would you be doing?

• Review and validate refund and replacement requests;
• Investigate escalations, order issues, and logistics-related cases;
• Verify customer documentation and ensure compliance with company policies;
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to resolve complex cases;
• Track requests, report findings, and maintain accurate case records.
