For one of our clients – a premier technology partner to the gambling industry, backed by more than 25 years of unrivaled international know-how, we are on a lookout for - iGaming Backоffice Specialist with Dutch (Hybrid).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide professional and accurate support to customers regarding the online casino platform and services;
• Handle customer inquiries primarily via chat and email, with limited phone communication;
• Maintain high service standards in line with internal procedures and quality guidelines;
• Assist with administrative and account-related tasks, ensuring timely resolution of customer requests;
• Monitor and follow up on ongoing cases to ensure customer satisfaction;
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient and seamless support;
• Stay up to date with company processes and the fast-paced online gaming environment.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English;
• Strong communication and organizational skills;
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment;
• Previous experience in customer support, administrative, or back-office roles is considered an advantage;
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused mindset;
• Comfortable working in a shift-based environment, including day and night shifts;
• Interest in the online gaming and casino industry is a plus.
