Ficosota is looking for a Back-Office Specialist who knows how to do sales analytics!
Are you an energetic, positive, smart & fast person? People appraise you as collaborative, detail-oriented, and helpful? Then you should check out this opportunity at Ficosota!
Main Responsibilities :
- Support the Sales team in our Non-Food division in executing their daily duties
- Prepare analysis and data reports
- Provide promo materials and administrative support
- Communicate and provide information related to other departments
- Work with external stakeholders
- Participate in other Sales team projects and activities
- Support the team in executing their daily duties
- University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Business statistics or in similar field
- Previous professional experience with sales reports and data
- Advanced skills in Excel – Pivot tables, VLOOKUP etc.
- Analytical thinking
- Detail oriented
- Time management and organizational skills
- Excellent English – both written and spoken
- Friendly and positive company environment with non-formal communication
