If you:
- Are a positive and communicative person;
- Have an excellent written and spoken knowledge of Georgian;
- Have а basic level of English;
- Are focused on customer needs;
- Have good computer skills;
- Are willing to learn and develop in your career;

What you need to do:
- Provide excellent customer service by phone and email;
- Answer questions about reservations, flight schedules and any questions related to customers’ travel;
- Assist in customers problems solving;
- Communicate in accordance to the established policy and internal processes;
