As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage relationships with existing corporate clients and end users remotely, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will manage relationships with existing corporate clients and end users remotely, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide timely and accurate responses to a wide range of customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and delivering excellent service
- Inform clients and users about our services, partner network, current offers, and partnership opportunities
- Maintain and update client information (including contract parameters and details) in the company CRM system
- Collect and coordinate feedback on customer satisfaction and incoming inquiries
- Identify recurring issues and propose improvements to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate closely with Account Management, Sales, and Partner Network teams to continuously improve service quality
What we expect from you:
- Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (preferably in services)
- Strong business communication skills - both written and verbal
- Very good computer literacy
- Good command of English (B1/B2)
- Excellent presentation skills
- Higher education
- Strong customer orientation and solution-driven mindset
- Positive attitude and energy
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and deadlines
