For one of our clients - an industry-recognized BPO partner, delivering tailored support and process optimization for global clients, we are looking for – Customer Care Associate Specialist with Slovak or Romanian and English (on-side).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients;
• Resolve customer queries efficiently via phone, email, or chat;
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction in all interactions;
• Record customer information and issue details in the system;
• Collaborate with team members to handle complex inquiries;
• Maintain knowledge of products and services to provide accurate assistance.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Slovak or Romanian (C1 level);
• Good command of English (B2 level);
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
• Previous customer service experience is a plus;
• Willingness to learn and improve.
