Your Role:
- Engage with customers via phone and email, offering exceptional service and support.
- Provide clear, comprehensive information on our products and services, emphasizing their benefits.
- Listen to customers' needs and provide tailored guidance to help them make informed choices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong relationships.
- Achieve and exceed performance targets for customer service and service quality.
- Fluent in German (C1) and English (B2) – both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly, persuasive, and empathetic, with the ability to connect with others and build rapport.
