Our partner is a fast growing IT Solutions provider, with expertise in different spheres of software engineering. They are growing fast — and are looking for an HR Generalist who can help them keep up.
The HR Generalist will handle HR administration, payroll, onboarding, and compliance while ensuring that employees feel supported, valued, and set up for success.
What you’ll do:
Maintain all HR processes smooth and airtight. Manage employment contracts, payroll, benefits, and compliance with all legislative requirements. Lead onboarding & offboarding, ensuring seamless experiences. Own HR systems (payroll reports, SOW tracking). Partner with leadership on performance reviews, feedback loops, and culture-building. Organize key company events, team engagement activities, and initiatives.
What you bring to the table:
Proven HR admin experience, ideally in tech or high-growth environments. A people-first mindset—policies matter, but culture matters more. Tech-savvy approach—experience with HRIS, MS Office (Excel is a must). Fluency in English.
