The KOSTAL Group is divided into four main Business Divisions: Automotive Electrical Systems, Industrial Electronics, Connectors, Test Technology (SOMA) and Solar Electric.

For our production plant in Bulgaria city Pazardzhik we are looking to hire:

HR GENERALIST

MAIN ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruitment and onboarding

  • Coordinating job postings
  • Sourcing candidates
  • Screening resumes
  • Administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with the hiring team
  • Conducting interviews
  • Putting together an employment offer
  • Conducting reference and background checks
  • Managing the employee onboarding process
  • Complying with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention
  • Serving as an advisor to hiring managers


Employee administration and support

  • maintaining accurate employee records, including staff files, HRIS data, and other HR documentation
  • first point of contact for employees’ questions or concerns regarding contracts, paperwork, etc.


Compensation and Benefits, including analysis and benchmarking

Employee relations

  • Management training
  • DEI
  • Entrance interviews
  • Exit interviews
  • Workforce negotiations


Performance management

  • create performance management plans
  • oversee the entire process, including goal setting, performance appraisals and career development planning


Compliance

  • ensure compliance with any internal and state laws and regulations
  • update HR records where relevant.


Training & development, incl. orientation programs, skills development training and workshops, leadership training, coaching.

Other responsibilities

  • Succession planning

REQUIRED SKILLS: Employee relations management Good knowledge of Employment laws and compliance topics Previous experience with HRIS and understanding of Key HR Metrix Strong Communication skills and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the business Adaptability Empathy & Emotional Intelligence Negotiation and Influence Teamwork Problem solving Project management

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Min. 5years of previous experience in a similar role. Proficient in spoken and written English (min. level B2). Advanced computer skills, including data entry, data processing, communication tools and Comp. & Ben. Methodology and human resources software. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
