Bilingual Customer Support Specialist with French and English

What we are looking for:

  • Strong communication skills in French (C1) and English (C1).
  • Previous experience in Customer Support (at least 6 months) is required.
  • A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to assist others.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Technical skills are a plus, but not mandatory – we provide full training to ensure your success!
  • Team player with a positive and open-minded approach.
What would you do on this position:
  • Provide 1st level support for IT systems, assisting with basic hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot Point of Sale (POS) and logistics system challenges with guidance from senior staff.
  • Help manage user accounts and permissions.
  • Support simple technical queries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
  • Log incidents and follow up using ticketing systems.
  • Communicate solutions effectively to users and provide excellent customer service via phone, chat and email.
