For one of our clients – A world-renowned company offering products and services in the online entertainment field. We are looking for friendly, open and level-headed people for the role of Backoffice Support Associate with French, Romanian or German and English.

For one of our clients – A world-renowned company offering products and services in the online entertainment field. We are looking for friendly, open and level-headed people for the role of Backoffice Support Associate with French, Romanian or German and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Following company rules and finishing assigned tasks;
- Helping customers through chat and email, solving their questions and problems;
- Offering quick solutions and guiding customers through fixes;
- Sharing upcoming deals and changes, listening to customers and showing understanding;
- Supporting coworkers and suggesting ways to make things better.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not necessary;
- Great at French, Romanian or German and English;
- Friendly, open and good with people;
- Can juggle tasks, organized, and stays calm;
- Knows how to use different communication methods and office tools;
- Eager to work, detail-oriented, and able to adapt.
