Prodesign is a brand communication agency with over 300 clients in the country and abroad, operating in various business sectors.

As we expand our team, we are looking to hire an ACCOUNT MANAGER whose role will include assisting experienced Account Managers in client servicing, project management, and building successful relationships with the agency's clients.

Role Description: This is a full-time hybrid role, where the Account Manager will be responsible for supporting and nteracting with clients, preparing reports and presentations, and resolving client issues. The Account Manager may also perform research and analysis of client data, engage with clients over phone or email, and coordinate with different internal teams. This is an onsite position located in Sofia with the flexibility for hybrid remote work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining their client portfolio.
  • Communicating with clients and handling their tasks, requirements, and projects.
  • Preparing and sending presentations and offers to the agency's clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and competitors.
  • Reporting project progress to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Pursuing or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to operate within a team and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Demonstrated ability to manage numerous projects at the same time and adhere to deadlines
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
