What You'll Be Doing

• Handling customer inquiries primarily through live chat
• Assisting with questions about orders, accounts, deliveries, and product details
• Solving customer issues using internal tools and offering step-by-step guidance
• Ensuring every interaction is professional, friendly, and aligned with brand standards
• Following established procedures and keeping quality a top priority
• Passing on complex issues to the right teams for further support

We'd Love to See:

• Strong written German skills (B2 level or above)
• Confidence working with computers and learning new systems quickly
• An eye for detail and clear, accurate writing
• A genuine interest in helping people and solving problems
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own workload
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
